If you want to focus on creating a stronger version of yourself – XBarre has you covered!

Women and men. Young and old.
Every class is designed to be doable, yet challenging for each and every one of our clients.
Because our classes focus on individualized attention and education, you will be guided to work within your own limits while learning how to push your limits.

Who is a StreX Restorative Stretching Client?
XBarre believes EVERYONE is a StreX client and yes, that includes MEN.
Why?
Because we believe people don’t stretch enough – and that most likely includes you.
Male and female.
Ages fourteen to eighty.
Whether you sit at a computer for endless hours or run marathons –
“YOU NEED IT”.
What if I have an injury or illness?
Prior to taking class, please alert XBarre of any previous injury or illness.
Once we have a full understanding of your physical needs and limitations, we will provide you with individualized modifications throughout class, while still maintaining a challenging session.
XBarre classes are also beneficial in the injury recovery process. Our classes incorporate similar techniques used in physical therapy.
In certain circumstances, clients may be required to submit a doctor’s note prior to taking class.
Can I take a class if I'm pregnant or just had a baby?
Pregnant and post-partum clients are welcome.
Exercise is a key component in feeling better pre/post baby, and we will provide you with the necessary modifications to ensure a safe workout during this exciting time.
How often should I take XBarre classes?
Our clients realize their best results when attending XBarre fusion classes multiple times a week.
Many of our clients realize their best results when attending classes numerous times per week. Why? Because of the diversity of classes offered – you will always be engaged and challenged physically and mentally.
XBarre classes improve your stamina and endurance in other activities. On days when you’re not at the studio – XBarre highly recommends engaging in other activities – whether its walking, horseback riding, pickleball, running, tennis, swimming, etc.
Will XBarre help me lose weight?
Good nutrition and fitness go hand-in-hand in terms of weight loss. And remember – at XBarre, we are all about being strong not skinny.
While exercising is a key factor in any weight-loss regime, nutrition and daily intake also contribute greatly.
XBarre believes exercise should focus on becoming stronger and more healthy.
Yes, you will burn calories during each and every class and due to the strength training component, you will continue to burn calories throughout the day. Which will in turn result in I losing weight – but again, only if you are embracing healthy eating habits.
Please keep in mind that peri/menopause often causes weight gain, particularly around the mid-section, due to declining estrogen levels, which affects fat distribution and sleep. While hormonal shifts are a major factor, other contributors include slowing metabolism, loss of muscle, sleep disruption and increased stress. Our XBarre classes are designed to build muscle mass and increase bone density through strength training. Remember – longevity and independence is our goal!
And for clients using GLP-1 medications, the benefits of fitness include enhanced weight loss, improved blood glucose control, muscle and bone preservation (essential in peri/menopausal clients) and improved mood.
XBarre wants you to feel empowered, stronger, more clear-headed and balanced every time you leave here.
