XBarre believes being part of a community is essential to providing mental and health benefits, while fostering a sense of belonging, purpose and support that reduces loneliness and promotes overall well-being.
Having clients of various ages facilitates support, empathy and diverse viewpoints that leads to friendships outside your daily circle. Feeling accepted and supported in a welcoming community reduces stress, anxiety, depression while improving self-esteem and better mental health.
In addition to our classes, XBarre meets weekly for group walks at local parks.
We also host pop-up events throughout the year including parent/infant sessions, dance classes, retreats, book discussions by local authors, sound bowl meditations as well as physician-led lectures on peri/post menopause. We are always striving to connect and enlighten our clients mentally as well as physically.
