Because XBarre believes that fitness – just like people – always needs to evolve – so do all of our classes.

All classes are designed to challenge clients to their fullest potential in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

Modifications are always provided to assist various physical needs as well as fitness capabilities.

Remember – we are all in this as a community.

 

XBarre Fusion

This is our signature class. Through a combination of barre, pilates, yoga, strength training and balance sequences, our trademark fusion class is designed to challenge every fitness level physically and mentally.

The class is designed to build muscle mass and bone density, increase core stabilization and stimulate the mind/body connection. All key elements of our ultimate goal… LONGEVITY.

Through the use of various props (ie. resistance straps and bands, weights, yoga blocks and bosus) ~ no two classes are ever the same.

 

Yoga Sculpt

This class incorporates the fundamentals of yoga infused with elements of strength training, breathwork and mindfulness. The use of weights and energy bursts assists in building strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. Yoga Sculpt is also designed to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve sleep and promote overall relaxation.

And did we mention ending in Savasana? Savasana (aka corpse pose) helps the body and mind transition from the active practice to a state of rest, allowing the nervous system to calm down, while promoting a sense of well-being.

As with all our classes, modifications are always provided to assist various physical needs as well as fitness capabilities. Remember – We are all in this as a community.

 

 

Mat Pilates

Come join us on the mat! This class strengthens core muscle groups (abdominals, back and pelvic floor) while increasing flexibility and balance. Again – all key elements to sustain an independent healthy future self.

With a focus on controlled movements, breathwork and stretching, benefits also include increased flexibility and range of motion.

 

 

Strength

Welcome to our full-body circuit training class. Here’s where we combine strength training and low-impact cardio through the rotation of various stations. Three quick but intense minutes using TRX, bosus and weights – plus a one minute plank/cardio. Followed by a short but much needed rest!

Circuit training improves muscle endurance and strength while enhancing cardiovascular benefits. And honestly… It’s really fun and sometimes, quite chatty!
